FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SEO is the process of affecting a website’s visibility and ranking in a search engines unpaid “organic” results page.

Generally, the higher you rank and the more spots you have in the search engines for specific keywords = more traffic, more conversions, and more sales.

If you would like to learn more about SEO, we suggest you read this article.

As long as people are searching for things online in the country you are targeting, we have you covered.

However, we do tend to focus our SEO efforts in the areas listed below due to the deep roots we have in these cities:

Tokyo, Japan

Hong Kong

Singapore

Boston

Unfortunately, there is no definite answer to this question since every situation is different. The time it will take to rank your online properties will depend on many factors such as the current state of your website as well as the competition in your market. That being said, we like inform our clients early on in the process that SEO is a marathon and not a sprint.
This depends on your target keywords’ search volume.

Please keep in mind that ranking for higher search volume keywords does not necessarily mean you will get more visitors and sales. What really matters, is ranking your online properties for highly targeted keywords that convert to sales.

We do not have pre-set prices as we customize our SEO campaigns to fit each one of our clients.

Our clients all have different websites in different markets with different competition.

SEO and PPC (Pay-per-click) are completely different animals.

We believe that SEO is an investment. It does take longer to get on the first page of SERPs but if done correctly, your rankings will stay high with minimal maintenance even after the campaign is completed. Studies also show that the majority of clients find that the conversion rate is higher for organic search results as most people skip the advertisements at the top of search engines.

On the other hand, PPC is a cost that will get you almost instant visibility (if the campaign is well configured); however, since PPC has no effect on your website’s actual organic rankings you lose the visibility as soon as you stop paying the Search Engines. PPC is also, unfortunately, susceptible to click fraud.

Unfortunately, no. Nobody can.

With the introduction of Google’s machine learning artificial intelligence system, RankBrain, not even Google themselves can be 100% sure of what gets that top spot.

You can even find the below quote written in Google’s support page:

“No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.

Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a “special relationship” with Google, or advertise a “priority submit” to Google. There is no priority submit for Google. In fact, the only way to submit a site to Google directly is through our Add URL page or by submitting a Sitemap and you can do this yourself at no cost whatsoever.”

If you see any agencies guaranteeing this, we suggest you run the other way.

No.

Black-hat methods mostly go against the search engines’ terms of service or “rules” and can lead to penalties and de-indexations. We do not want to be a part of any of this.

Yes, in most cases we can. However, this will depend on how bad the damage is and what kind of penalty your website may have been hit with. We suggest you visit our Discovery page and provide us with all the necessary information.
